We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing quick answers to our questions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including our room. Transportation was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and parking available. This hotel was also situated away from the busy center, allowing for a more peaceful stay, yet still close to a supermarket for any needs.
Nothing all good.

Room was very good compared to what expected. It was a good size with good size bathroom and shower. All clean and not too tired. Receptionist was very helpful and spoke good english. The breakfast was disappointing compared to other 3 star hotels but it was cheaper. Location good if you don't want to drive into Rome but is a little in the middle of nowhere and a good 15 minute walk to the nearest subway. Parkking was available at the front of the hotel.

is a suitable hotel for a few nights' work, in my case. staff is very friendly, they speak Spanish and English perfectly, treatment is very correct, they were very patient with my scarce Italian (I insisted on practicing). cleaning is adequate, bed is fine. in summer, air conditioning works properly. bathroom is correct, clean venue, hot water is good. I missed that, typical glass left in the bathroom. area, although it is far from the center, is a safe neighborhood, with some restaurants and supermarkets. Battistini subway is relatively close, about 10-15 minutes walking. It is very cheap, with good communication and a good quality/price ratio. I usually stay here.
There is nothing wrong, but I would like to comment on something that can influence the priorities of each one of us:. First of all I have to say that the hotel is not close to the historical-tourist centre, but in my case I didn't want to pay extra for being close to the centre, since my trip was for work. The room was single, and I don't think I've ever been in a smaller room in my life. Double rooms are normal (I know this from a previous stay). However, for sleeping, it's fine. This is not going to stop me from coming back. The breakfast buffet is enough but no rockets. Details: coffees, juices, toast, cold cuts (only one variety, bologna-like), cheese (only one variety), and some industrial pastries, plus jams and butter. There were also cereals and milk. I missed eggs, fruit... something more complete. But suitable for breakfast, toast and going out to work.

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the hotel's complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff. The hotel's location provided easy access to public transportation and was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was a bonus.
The room was quite small and the walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. the heating in the room was not very effective, which made it difficult to stay warm during the chilly winter nights.

During my recent stay at Hotel Giotto, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and charming atmosphere. The room I stayed in was small but clean and had all the necessary amenities. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me with any inquiries. One of the highlights of my stay was discovering the nearby metro service, which made it easy to explore the city. Despite a few minor setbacks, I would recommend Hotel Giotto for a short stay in this beautiful city. my experience was enjoyable and I would consider staying here again.

I did't like it at all, we asked receptionist where is the nearest shop and she lied us, she said there is no shop, only in the city centre, and the shop was 100 metres from the hotel
on the website they are taking about garden, the garden is there but it's only open for the breakfast, also there isn's any bar or restaurant in the hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near to Battistini metro station making transportation to the centre very easy. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is modern and there are a few facilities such as a safe and a small fridge. The breakfast is pleasant and offers a good variety of food.
But, the attitude of some of the staff members, regarding requests made, could be improved.
